Strategic Planning

Our senior consultants have assisted with over 150 strategic planning sessions for financial institutions located throughout the United States. Our services includes preparing and analyzing financial, demographic and peer group information; preparing an institutions values and philosophy profile; and, developing strategies along with board and management. Bank Resources will conduct the strategic planning session and act as facilitator to help the board develop the strategic plan for the Bank with goals, objectives and action plans. An Enterprise Risk management assessment involves a high-level review of all functioning areas of the institution to assess the risk levels which will influence its future success, and may involve compliance issues. Specifically, we will provice the following:

·Evaluate the current condition of the institution, including financial metrics and ratios, market forces, competition;
·Evaluate Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT);
·Discuss possible mission statements and consistency with institution?s risk profile;
·Select goals and objectives that are consistent with the mission statement. For each goal and objective establish a time frame for implementation, responsibility and accountability;
·Identify circumstances under which the institution may deviate from the plan;
·Establish a system to monitor the plan?s progress.
