Management Studies

With the changing climate in the banking industry, we have assisted financial institutions requiring an in-depth assessment of their operations, management and profitability. These requests are frequently made when the institution is involved in a Regulatory Enforcement Action (see below). This analysis is to assess whether the management team and board have effectively performed their duties to ensure that the institution has performed competitively within its peer group. The resulting management study follows on-site interviews with management and staff, analysis of bank structure, including board members and committees, and review of management job descriptions. Statistical analysis is made of current and past performance, including assets, growth rate and net income and compared to a peer group. Recommendations are included as necessary, to improve areas of weakness displayed in this report.
